Why have I deposited but received no shares?
Your deposit request is waiting for settlement, or you still need to claim. Check Your position in the app.
Why can’t my wallet deposit?
Check that you are on Base, meet the minimum amount and satisfy the vault’s access requirements. Also check your USDC and ETH balances.
Does a portfolio valuation settle my request?
No. Only an on-chain settlement makes the corresponding request claimable. A portfolio valuation publishes an estimate of holdings and value.
Can I cancel?
A pending deposit can be cancelled when Cancel & return is available. This guide does not promise cancellation for a pending redemption.
Why is chart history short or incomplete?
Charts show available settlement snapshots from the last 30 days. Notifications are best-effort, so points may be missing.
Do I need to keep the browser open?
No. Confirmed requests are stored on-chain. Reconnect your wallet later to check their state and claim when ready.
